CHICKEN SHAWARMA

2kg Chicken Thighs
3tbs Smoked Paprika
2tbs Garlic Powder
1 Lemon
500g Greek Yogurt
2tbs Cumin
2tbs Cardmom
2tbs Salt
2tbs Black Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
Step 1
Marinate the chicken thighs with all the ingredients from above. Let the chicken marinate at least 2 - 3 hours
Step 2
Take out the chicken and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before cooking, this allows the chicken to get to the room temperature.
Step 3
BBQ or pan fry the chicken at medium heat for at least 10min on each side
