FRIED RICE ( OYSTER SAUCE)

INGREDIENTS [ 7 ]
Left Over Rice
2tbs Oyster Sauce
2 Eggs
1 Shallot Minced
1tbs Salt
0.5tbs Black Pepper
1tbs Chicken Powder
This portion is for 2 - 3 people
Step 1
Add 3tbs of cooking oil to your non stick pan and make sure the pan gets hot.
Step 2
Add your minced shallots, let that sizzle until you can smell the sweet aroma. This usually takes 10 seconds.
Step 3
Add your eggs and 1tbs of chicken powder, stir fry the the egg for about a 1 minute or less, as long as the egg is no longer wet.
Step 4
Add your portion of rice and stir fry that for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add your oyster sauce, black pepper and any other toppings. Then stir fry the rice for another 5 minutes. Optional, have a taste of the rice if its bland add your salt.
