SMASHED BURGER

INGREDIENTS [ 11 ]

500g Minced Beef ( 15% Fat )
Sliced Pickles And Minced Pickles
Ketchup
Mayo
Mustard
1 Onion
Vinegar
Brioche Buns
Any Sliced Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper

Making the sauce

1. Mince the onions, add oil to a pan over medium heat and let it caramelise. 2. Add the same amount of ketchup and mayo, roughly put in 1/4 of mustard and 1tbs of vinegar. 3. Add your minced pickles and caramelised onions, (amount up to you), and mix.

Making the burger

Step 1

mince beef seasoning, add 2tbs of salt and pepper and give it a good mix.

Step 2

Splitting the minced beef up into balls. simply keep halving the mince beef until you have 8 chucks of roughly the same amount.

Step 3

Get a non stick pan and make sure the pan is hot. NO oil is needed for this part as the beef is already fatty. Put 2 beef balls into the pan and use your spatula to flatten the beef. Or Flatten the beef balls outside of the pan, up to you.

Step 4

Let the beef cook for at least 1 minute. When you flip the beef add your slice of cheese on top. Then let the beef cook for another 1 minute.

Step 5

Design your burger, with the toppings you want. You can air fry your burger buns, toast it or leave it. I prefer to Air fry the burger buns for 1 minute max.
