INGREDIENTS [ 9 ]
2 Chicken Thighs
8 Tbsp Dashi
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
1.5 Tbsp Mirin
2 Spring Onion
Half An Onion
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preparing the ingredients
Cut the chicken thighs into small chunks so it can cook faster. Cut the spring onions into pieces. Cut the onion into chunks, like onion rings size. Whisk 2 eggs into a bowl as quick as possible for 4 seconds.
Making the sauce
Add the dashi, mirin, soy sauce, sugar and give this a mix.
Cooking
Small non stick pan, medium heat and oil.
When Pan is hot, add onion for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce and mix for about 1 minute, then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
When the chicken is cooked, add the spring onions and pour the egg around evenly. Then swirl the pan around for 2 minute so the egg can cook, don’t mix the egg with your equipments. We don’t want scrambled eggs. Let it rest 1 minute before eating.
