Mussels
Half A Lemon
Any Pasta
270ml Double Cream (elmlea)
1 Shallots Diced
Half Clove Of Garlic Diced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Black Pepper
2 Chicken Stock Cubes
Half A Cup Of White Wine
Fresh Corriander
Cook the pasta you have chosen first.
Pan on medium heat, add oil and shallots, cook for 2 minutes until shallots are brown.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
Add white wine and mussels. Close the pot and let the mussels and white wine steam for about 5 minutes.
Add 2 chicken stock with 100ml of water into a cup and mix, then add to the pot.
Add the heavy cream, lemon and some black pepper, then mix and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the coriander and your done. Give it a taste, pinch of salt can be added optional though.
Add the pasta to the pot and mix or separately mix the pasta and mussels into your bowl. Up to you.
