4 Tbs Mirin
2 Tbs Honey
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Garlic Minced
1 Tbs Ginger Minced
1 Tbs Water
2 Tbs Cooking Sake
1 Tbs Oil
2 Chicken Breast
3 Spring Onions Cut Into Chunks 2-3cm
0.5 Tbs Gochujang Sauce
Cooking chicken
In a pan medium heat add 5 tbs of oil and make sure the oil and pan is hot. Cook chicken skin facing down for at least 6 minutes before flipping for 5 minutes.
Sauce
low heat, add the sake, soy, mirin and honey, mix. Let this simmer for 1 minute.
Add the ginger and garlic, cook for another 2-3minute.
add the spring onions and water, mix and cook this for 2 minutes. Done
