50g Butter
2tbsp Salt And Black Pepper
1tbsp Nutmeg
750g Minced Beef
3 Canned Tomato
350ml Of White Wine And Milk
1 Chopped Onion
2 Celery Stem Diced
1 Carrot Diced
Pan medium heat, add butter, wait about 30s before adding the onions then cooked for 5minutes.
Add the celery and carrots and cooked for another 5 minutes.
Add minced beef, nutmeg, salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the milk and reduce till the milk is about half or more gone. This process takes about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Pour in the white wine and reduce till the wine is about half or more gone. This process takes about 10 minutes on medium heat.
Pour in the canned tomatoes and reduce for 2-3 hours on low heat, the tomato should not be bubbling but simmering.
